1.??????Complete the one-time Campus Access Safety Training and Attestation.
It outlines safety measures to support your on-campus experience.
Sign in to Moodle?here.?It should take you straight to the course.?Print a copy of your certificate. Keep it handy in case you are asked for the certificate.
Select students may also need complete a?WHMIS training?module. If so, it should be available to you when you sign into Moodle.??
2.??????uLethbridge Safe App / Daily COVID-19 Health Check
All students, staff and faculty must complete a COVID-19 Daily Health Check?each day before coming to campus. This can be completed by using the uLethbridge Safe app or the Being on Campus Registry.
Go to your AppStore for iPhone or Android, and search University of Lethbridge. Download ULETHBRIDGE SAFE.?Once downloaded, you will use this every day that you come to campus. ?
If you don’t have a smart phone, complete the COVID-19 Daily Health Check using an online form in the "Being on Campus Registry”.

3.??????Pick up your Campus Access Card and your uLethbridge mask
If you haven’t already done so, you can pick up your access card at the Facilities office in Turcotte Hall (lower level—please enter the NORTH doors of the building which has steps down to the Facilities office)

If you purchased a parking permit for the fall term, you can pick it up at the Facilities office in Turcotte Hall,?TH101.
Every Day Before You Arrive on Campus
Complete the?DAILY HEALTH CHECK?through the uLethbridge Safe app or the?Being on Campus Registry.
If you use the app, you will get a “green badge” that indicates you are permitted to come to campus.
If you get a “red badge”,?stay home?and follow the instructions on the app regarding your situation. Call Health Link 811 and talk with Alberta Health Services about your symptoms
It is important you understand?that if you have any symptoms related to COVID-19, or are not feeling well, do not come to?campus.?Let your instructor know by email you are ill.??A medical note is not required.
All persons submitting a YES response to the Daily Health Check questions will receive a follow-up call from the Campus Safety office.
